There is a whimsical, dancing quality to a Sweet Pea in the garden—its petals look less like a flower and more like a cluster of butterflies caught in flight. To honor this delicate spring favorite, I’ve translated its ethereal beauty into a permanent, 3D stained glass stem.

Hand-soldered in my solar-powered studio on the Willow Aurora, this piece is designed to bring a soft, shimmering glow to your windowsill long after the garden blooms have faded.

The Glass: I have chosen a stunning iridescent pastel purple glass. This specific texture has a "pearlized" finish that shifts in the light, moving from soft lavender to flashes of pink and blue—much like the dew on a Wiltshire morning.

The Form: Each petal is hand-cut and foiled to create the iconic "ruffled" look of the Sweet Pea. 

The Stem: Mounted on a slender, sturdy wire, it is ready to be "planted" in a bud vase, a potted fern, or tucked into a bouquet of dried grasses.
