Physical Products


I want you to love your Everlight Blooms purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email me within 24 hours of delivery. I will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop transfers: Your booking may be transferred to another person at no charge, provided you notify me at least 48 hours before the workshop date.

Cancellation by Everlight Blooms: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, an altermative date will be arranged or the option to transfer to another date
