As the rest of the garden sleeps, the Hellebore (or Lenten Rose) emerges as the "Winter Queen." This handcrafted stained glass sculpture captures that quiet resilience. Using a deep, cranberry red glass shot through with wisps of ethereal white, each petal mimics the frost-touched beauty found along the towpath of the Kennet & Avon Canal.

The Artistry of Willow Aurora

Every Hellebore is born in my floating studio aboard the narrowboat Willow Aurora. I use the heritage Tiffany copper-foil method, meticulously hand-cutting each piece of glass before soldering them into their iconic, nodding shape. 

The Glass: A rich cranberry red with marbled white "wisps." No two pieces are identical; the way the white swirls through the red ensures your flower is a one-of-a-kind original.

Available as a single stem to display in your favourite vase or with a base: Each stem is securely mounted on a rustic, hand-selected wooden base, bringing a touch of the forest floor to your interior.

The Finish: Hand-polished traditional black solder lines that catch the winter light beautifully.
